ARCDOX have had a very positive response to our BIM services and have seen an enthusiastic interest in this new direction for the construction industry. While we don’t have any immediate positions available, we do expect to expand our operations and production team in the near future, to accommodate new upcoming projects. BIM Design & Visualisation Architect or Technologist

Do you have:

• A flair for design and graphic presentation?
• A background in Autodesk 3ds Max?

You will need to establish and perfect the workflow between Revit Architecture models and high quality still and animated 3ds Max visualisations for clients. We will provide training in Revit Architecture if necessary.

BIM Project Management Architect or Technologist

Do you have experience in the construction industry which means you can:

• Oversee the overall production of the documentation process?
• Check compliance with regulations?
• Determine suitability of details and specifications?

What’s important is your ability to efficiently manage a production team, check documents, work out construction details and write project specifications. We will provide training in Revit Architecture if necessary.

BIM Technical Analysis Architect or Technologist

Do you have:

• A good background in construction technology and sustainable design?
• A keen interest in using BIM to analyse building models and determine compliance with sustainable design criteria?

Certification for BER assessment and experience with other sustainable design criteria (BREEAM, LEED, PassivHaus etc) would be ideal, as well as an interest in Autodesk Ecotect and Green Building Studio software. You will need to establish and perfect the workflow from Revit Architecture models to design stage Sustainability Design Analysis. We will provide training in Revit Architecture if necessary.
