The consultation package is a fixed fee of €4,800 excl. VAT and disbursements.

(Fee 50% on instruction and 50% on completion)

The package includes a series of meetings, workshops, and advisory support, including:

 

• Introduction: Initial introduction & consultation meeting to understand your business needs.

• Understanding BIM: ½-day BIM strategic overview workshop (seminar plus open discussion).

• Understanding BIM Standards: ½-day seminar, to understand how to work to ISO19650 information management standard.

• BIM Implementation Issues: ½-day workshop to review of 30 implementation issues that need to be considered for your strategy.

• BIM Policy and Procedures: Support in documenting a company “policy & procedures in relation to BIM” (required for pre-qualification on BIM Projects).

• BIM Capability Assessment: Support in documenting a company “BIM Capability Assessment” (required for tendering, and project implementation plan).

• BIM Skills Assessment: Support in documenting a “BIM Skills Assessment and Upskilling Plan” (required for pre-qualification).

• BIM Documentation:
      -For “Demand Side” (developers/clients/employers/appointing parties etc):

             Support in Documenting a company/project specific Employers/Exchange Information                                   Requirement (EIR).

           -For “Supply Side” (designers/contractors/appointed parties etc):

             Support in documenting a company/project specific BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

• BIM and Contracts: Provide information/support in understanding contractual/legal framework for BIM (BIM Protocol)

• BIM and PI: Provide information/support in understanding PI Insurance issues.

• BIM and the CDE: Provide information/support in understanding the use of a Common Data Environment (CDE)

• BIM Deliverables: Provide information/support in understanding the “Digital Deliverable” documentation:
     -Model Production delivery Table (MPDT), or Responsibility Matrix
     -Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP)
     -Digital Plan of Work (DPoW)
     -Level of Model Definition or Information Need (LOD/LOI)
     -COBie (Construction Operations Building Information Exchange)
