TAKE THE NEXT STEP IN REVIT

A key component in managing the BIM process is to establish a foundation for collaboration by creating a work-shared model, understanding worksets; using Design options, showing multiple options to your client without making copies of the model, phasing, managing the time in your project; Shared coordinates, acquire or publish coordinates for model coordination; Topography, set up the site model; Shared parameters, define your office standards. This course aims to enable anyone who has worked with Revit to expand their knowledge in additional areas not typically covered in an Introduction to Revit Course.

Course Overview

This course covers the advanced options for Schedules, how to classify your model in codes like Uniclass. and some more advanced features of Revit, such as Design Options, Phasing, Work-sharing, Shared parameters, Site models, Shared coordinates and more.

Recommended experience level

For professionals with previous experience in Revit, involved or interested in BIM Construction or Model Management or those who are responsible for Information delivery on projects

Course Format

This online course consists of multiple modules delivered over 10 hours of live instruction and time for self-directed learning.

• Delivery: Online via Microsoft Teams
• Schedule: 1 hour per day at 9:30 am (Irish Time – GMT/IST)
• Duration: 10 days total
• Access: Participants require a free Microsoft Teams or Office 365 account

Each module includes a 1-hour live (online) session with the trainer, complemented by approximately 1 hour of self-paced learning

Note: In the event of a Bank Holiday, the course will be delivered over 9 days, maintaining the total of 10 hours of live instruction. One day (TBC) will include a double session.
